Description

Nautilus is a dedicated marine exhaust hose (wet exhaust hose) designed specifically for the marine applications.

Nautilus carries Lloyds approval for use as a wet marine diesel exhaust hose.

It also complies with SAE J2006R1.

Manufactured using EPDM rubber for tube and cover, and a double spring steel helix for excellent flexibility and mechanical strength.

Nautilus can withstand temperatures in the range of -40°C to +100°C.

It is resistant to salt and sea water, UV, Ozone and is abrasion resistant, making it perfect for boat exhaust applications.

Supplied in 10m. 20m or 40m dependent on bore size.

Materials Handling Hose Details

Tube: Black, exhaust gas, salt water resistant EPDM rubber
Reinforcement: High tensile synthetic textile fabrics, double steel helix wire.
Cover: Black corrugated, EPDM rubber Abrasion, heat and ozone resistant.
Applications: Marine diesel exhaust hose, corrugated for sea craft
Options: Can also be used for industrial cleaning.
